Online Reservations
- Course No. 1/2/3 – online tee times can be reserved up to 14 days in advance.
- Course No. 4 Dubsdread – online tee times can be reserved up to 60 days in advance.
Phone Reservations

- Cog Hill will introduce an automated phone answering service, all reservations booked by golf shop staff will incur a booking fee on top of reservation charges.
- Please note, your credit card will be charged for all bookings on Course No. 4 – Dubsdread and Friday-Sunday on Course No. 1/2/3.
Gift Cards & Rain Checks
- Now accepted for online reservations!
- Rain checks are a single use value, not a rolling total.
- There is a 48-hour cancellation policy for credit card refunds, otherwise, only a rain check will be issued due to inclement weather.
- Rain checks are valid one year from issue date.

Caddies
Limited Caddie Availability in 2026
Fully enjoy the walk and experience of golfing any one of Cog Hill’s four golf courses. As an avid supporter of the Chick Evans Scholarship Program, our caddie program consists of quality high school and college-aged boys and girls.
Caddies are available daily upon request June through mid-August.
- Caddie – $75/golfer + gratuity based on the level of service. All caddie fees will be paid directly to the caddie.
- Typically one caddie per golfer. The caddie will carry and clean clubs, provide yardages and hole insight, help around the green with bunker raking, etc. and tend the pin among other responsibilities.
- Forecaddie – Fees – $25/golfer + gratuity based on the level of service. All caddie fees will be paid directly to the caddie.
- Typically one forecaddie per group. The forecaddie will stay ahead, if desired, of the group to keep track of the golfer’s drives and following shots. The forecaddie will then help around the green with bunker raking, etc., tend the pin among other responsibilities.
- Recommended Gratuity – Our guests often inquire about how much to tip a caddie. The following suggestions are completely at your discretion.
- $75+ – Excellent Service
- $50+ – Very Good Service
- $25+ – Good Service
