Tee Time events are not transferred annually and must be rebooked each year based on availability

2026 Consecutive Tee Time Pricing

Saturday and Sunday consecutive tee times are limited to a maximum of 24 golfers.
Walking is not permitted for tee time events.
Above prices do not include golf cart tax.

Deposit/Payment:

Cog Hill does not require a deposit for your tee time event. All tee times must be paid 10 days in advance and any unpaid tee times will be opened to the public. Foursomes are required for each tee time. Those groups with less than four (4) players scheduled in a tee time will still be required to pay for (4) players. A credit card must be provided at the time of booking in order to hold your tee times. The card on file will be charged 10 days in advance for tee times and any additional items (i.e. driving range, Golf Genius software, club rentals, food/beverage, on course tickets etc.) *Cog Hill will NOT run any tabs day of the event.

Cancellation Policy:

There is a 48-hour cancellation policy for credit card refunds, otherwise, only a rain check will be issued. Rain checks are valid one year from issue date

Registration Set Up:

Cog Hill will provide a table and chairs at the registration area if needed. Location will be determined based on course(s) booked and available space. Please speak to a special event manager ahead of time if this is needed for your event.

On Course Contests:

Cog Hill will provide proximity markers for your on-course contest needs. Choose from longest drive, closest to the pin and/or longest putt. Let a manager know how many contests you would like and Cog Hill will make all contest signs and provide them at registration. First foursome will bring out the contest signs and place them at their specific holes. The last group will collect the contest signs and bring the proximity markers back to the pro shop. Cog Hill does not permit lines/circles on course.

Merchandise: 

Golf Balls and Tees are available for purchase in large quantities. Cog Hill will charge credit cards ahead of time for all pre-ordered items. Otherwise, golfers can purchase items individually in the pro shop. Most orders will require a minimum of 6 weeks to ensure delivery.

Driving Range: 

Cog Hill has the option for all players to rent clubs. Rental clubs can either be charged to the credit card on file or paid individually by each golfer. Cog Hill asks that you provide a guaranteed count 10 days in advance in order for our staff to have them ready day of the event.

GOLF Genius Tournament Software: 

Cart Plate Package – $5.00/golfer

Cog Hill will print cart plates based on your final event pairings. Cart plates include: players name (2), course, and event logo. Pairings must be sent to a Special Event Manager 7 days in advance. This package does not include scorecards or access to Golf Genius.

Golf Genius Package – $10.00/golfer

Golf Genius software includes mobile scoring, custom scorecards, and event results link. Golfers will download the golf genius app and the ID number, printed on the front of their cart plates, will be used to log in and take them directly to the scorecard for their foursome. A final list of winners will be provided on the event results link.

Food/Beverage:

All food & beverage must be purchased through Cog Hill. No outside food or beverage is permitted and will be confiscated.

Beverage carts are not available for consecutive tee time events. Golfers will have plenty of opportunities on course to purchase food and beverage at the concession stands on course.

Banquet rooms will be available during the week based on availability and require prepayment of all meals. Please ask a Cog Hill Special Event Manager to provide you with a food/beverage menu. No banquet rooms/dining available on weekends.

A la carte available daily – no reservations (first come first serve)

On-Course Tickets:

Halfway houses will be open on a cash or pre-paid ticket basis. At least 7 days in advance, let your Special Event Manager know how many tickets you would like per golfer, and you will be charged for all tickets when charged for your tee times. Choose any of the following listed below. *Tickets are only valid at the halfway houses on course

  • Hot Dog, Chips & Non-Alcoholic Beverage – $14.50
  • Hot Dog, Chips & Domestic Beer (12 oz.) – $15.75

  • Hot Dog, Chips & Mixed Drink – $20.50
  • Non-Alcoholic Beverage – $4.50
  • Domestic Beer (12 oz.) – $5.75
  • Premium Beer (12 oz.) – $6.75
  • Mixed Drink – $10.50
