Cog Hill’s Toptracer Driving Range is the perfect spot to host your next event!
The VIP Room is a private space featuring Toptracer technology, unlimited range balls, and a TV, as pictured to the left.
Available by reservation only, the room is $100 per hour and can accommodate a maximum of 8 guests.
Bay Rental Availability
Bay rentals are available at the following times:
April – October
Monday: Closed for Maintenance
Tuesday – Saturday: 7:00 pm – 10:00 pm
Sunday: 7:00 pm – 9:00 pm
November – March
Monday – Thursday: 10:00 pm – 8:00 pm
Friday – Saturday: 8:00 am – 9:00 pm
Sunday: 8:00 am – 8:00 pm
Food & Beverage service available upon request & availability
Food is available through Cog Hill’s Bay 43 (located at the driving range)
Choose one of the following:
- Order day of: Start a tab with your bay server and let your guests choose items from the Bay 43 menu.
- Pre-order items: Order from the Bay 43 menu to be delivered to your bay(s). Order must be submitted 72 hours prior.
- On their own: Guests responsible for purchasing their own food from Bay 43.
- Please note all food charges must be paid together on one tab, no separate checks.
Beverages are available through Cog Hill’s Driving Range Bar
Choose one of the following:
- Tab Bar: Start a tab with your server and your guests will be served at your bay(s). You can include the full Range Bar drink menu or offer a limited menu to your guests.
- Tickets: Provide each of your guests with a specific number of tickets to be redeemed at Range Bar. Tickets can be valued at any dollar amount and will be invoice based on consumption.
- Cash Bar: Guests responsible for purchasing their own beverages at the Range Bar.
Range Bar Hours:
Monday: 12:00 pm – 6:00 pm
Tuesday – Friday: 12:00 pm – 8:00 pm
Saturday – Sunday: 10:00 am – 8:00 pm
All food and beverage charges subject to 20% service charge.
Reservations & Payment
Choose one of the following:
- Reservations can be made up to 30 days prior
- Rental fee is due at the time of booking
Reservations are guaranteed 7 days prior, rental fee is forfeited if cancelled within 24 hours of event.
All food and beverage charges must be paid at the completion of event. No event invoicing available.
Please note when booking, you will be required to book each bay and hour individually.
